Terms and Conditions

We recommend ordering a sample (20x20cm) if you need accurate colour matching. Colours may differ from the photo as all computer monitors show colours differently.  A sample means you can see and feel the fabric in person and in your own home.

We are unable to offer a refund if the colour is not as expected and you have not ordered a sample first.  Please check your order upon receipt, if there is a fault in the fabric please contact us immediately and provide photos of the fault.  If the print quality is deemed by us to be substandard we will either give you a discount for any wastage and supply you with new fabric or ask you to return fabric for a replacement.  We have high quality print standards however flawless printing cannot be guaranteed especially with a large print run. We cannot accept returns after fabric has been cut or treated in any way.

Natural fibre fabrics may have slubs in the fabric which is inherent with linen based textiles.  Occasionally these little slubs can become dislodged with use and may result in a minute area of base fabric colour showing.  This is normal with digital printed fabrics and we cannot accept returns for this.

A tracking number is provided with all orders except swatch booklets.  If you require insurance please contact us first for a quote.  We cannot refund for parcels which you do not receive if they are not insured although it is very rare for a parcel to go missing.

Please ensure the suitability of the fabric for your intended purpose.  Fabric care details are here.  We are unable to accept any liability arising in respect of any loss, damage or deterioration in the condition of any goods sold caused by usage, shrinkage, cleaning processes, atmospheric conditions or assembly, make-up, installation or general application.

International customers please note any additional import/customs fees or taxes will be your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. You are responsible for knowing and accepting your country's regulations and all related fees on international purchases. These charges are normally collected when the package is delivered to you. Customs forms are completed with the exact value and accurate descriptions as required by law.
